Can I use MeetZaa if my company is not exhibiting?

Yes. MeetZaa is the same app whether you have a stand or not. Create your event, add the meetings you have booked, and capture the ones you did not plan. The product, the flow and the pricing are identical.

How do I keep track of meetings booked across a trade show?

Upload your meeting sheet or add meetings by hand. They appear on a schedule with a countdown to the next one. After each meeting, hold a button and say what was discussed. The write-up, the score and the follow-up draft are done before you reach the next hall.

What happens to people I meet at a show who were not on my schedule?

Scan their card or add them by hand. Walk-ins join the same list as your booked meetings and get the same treatment: a voice debrief, a lead score and a drafted follow-up. Nothing is lost because it was not planned.
