Three no-shows from yesterday, top of the list.
How it works
From buying a key to exporting the leads.
This page walks through a show the way you would actually run one.
- 10 min
- to set up, yourself
- 4 taps
- per meeting at the stand
- 18:30
- the day is written up
Part one
Set-up, the week before
You do all of it yourself. Most teams are done inside ten minutes.
Create a free account
No card, no sales call.
Buy a key for the show
Or run the free plan first.
Create the event, upload your sheet
Columns matched, duplicates caught.
Invite your reps
Each sees only this show.
The free plan is step one alone: one event, 2 reps, 20 meetings, every feature on.
Part two
Four actions, and nothing typed
Everything a rep does across four days. One thumb, standing up, while walking.
Tap met or no-show
The only required input in a whole day. Misses go somewhere they can be chased.
Hold and talk
What the buyer wanted, in the rep’s own words. It becomes the record, the score and the follow-up.
Scan a card
A walk-in joins the same list as your booked meetings, owned by the rep holding the phone.
Pick an outcome
Deal, follow-up, not now or junk, decided while the judgement is fresh.
Part three
One day on the floor
Four reps on the stand. This is what actually happens, and who does it.
Questions about running a show
Plans and prices are on the pricing page, and all 43 questions are on the FAQ. Weighing this against the organiser’s own hardware? See what lead retrieval actually costs.
Do my reps need training to use MeetZaa at the stand?
No. At the stand a rep does four things: tap met or no-show, hold a button and talk, scan a business card for a walk-in, and pick an outcome. Nothing is typed on the show floor, which is the reason it keeps getting used on day three.
Can I import meetings I have already booked before the show?
Yes. Upload an Excel or CSV file with your meeting sheet. MeetZaa maps the columns, sets the times to the show timezone and catches duplicates. You can also add a single meeting by hand.
What do I need to bring to the show to use MeetZaa?
A phone with a browser. There are no devices to rent, no apps to install and nothing to hand back. The rep opens a link, signs in and starts capturing.
How does MeetZaa capture what was said in a booth meeting?
After the meeting, the rep holds a button and talks in their own words. Thirty seconds is usually enough. That recording is transcribed and written up on the buyer’s record as a summary with the buying signals, the objection and the next step. On Business plans it is also scored and turned into a drafted follow-up.
How do I get my existing meeting list into MeetZaa?
Upload the Excel or CSV you already have. The columns are matched for you, meeting times are set to the show’s timezone, and duplicates are caught before they become two records for one buyer. You can also add a single meeting by hand for the one fixed over a phone call the night before.
What happens in MeetZaa when a booked meeting does not show up?
The rep taps no-show and the meeting is kept, not deleted. The buyer goes on the next morning’s chase list with their stand number, and any enquiry they sent before the show stays attached to the record. Nothing about a missed meeting depends on someone remembering it.
Does MeetZaa work without internet on the show floor?
Yes. Every meeting, outcome, voice note and card scan is saved on the phone first and syncs to the cloud when the connection returns, so a dead patch of hall wifi does not cost you a lead. The one thing that waits for a connection is the processing: transcription, scoring and drafted follow-ups arrive once you are back online.
The fastest way to understand it is one show.
One event, two reps and your first 20 meetings, free with every feature on. No card.
