For exhibitors
Built for exhibitors, not organisers.
MeetZaa is a trade show meeting management and lead capture platform built for exhibitors. It is for the team doing three to eight shows a year with a stand, a schedule and phones, not a lead-retrieval budget.
Your first 20 meetings are free. Then from $99 per show. No card to start.

Who is MeetZaa for?
Exhibiting companies, not organisers. If your team books meetings before a show, takes walk-ins on the stand and needs clean leads afterwards, MeetZaa replaces the badge-scanner rental, the notebook and the Monday spreadsheet with one record per conversation, priced per show.
- One key covers one show, whole team
- Nothing to pay between shows
- Works at any show, with any organiser
Three people, one stand
What each of them gets out of it.
The MD who signs the stand invoice
To know what came back.
One export per show: every conversation, scored, with a next step and an owner. The question “was the show worth it?” has an answer by the flight home.
The marketing lead who runs the show
A stand that runs itself for three days.
The booked schedule on every rep’s phone, a live board, one-tap reassignment, and no-shows on a chase list instead of in a WhatsApp thread.
The rep on the stand
To get back to the aisle.
Scan the card, tap Met, say what was discussed. The write-up, the score and the follow-up draft are done before the next buyer arrives.
One licence, one show, the whole team.
Starter is $99 for up to 5 reps, Business is $149 for up to 12, and both have unlimited meetings for that show. A five-person stand pays once, not five times, and pays nothing in the months between shows. Compare that with renting a scanner per device, per show.

Your name on everything the buyer sees.
Follow-ups carry your logo and your rep’s name, and go out from your own email addresses. The buyer sees the company they met, not a third-party tool.

What leaves the hall is yours.
One row per conversation, with the summary, the need and the next step in their own columns. Export any time, import into whatever CRM you use. Nothing is shared with the organiser or other exhibitors.

Any show, any organiser
It does not care whose badge system the hall uses.

- Gulfood
- Arab Health
- ADIPEC
- Big 5 Global
- Automechanika Dubai
- Gulfood Manufacturing

Is MeetZaa for exhibitors or for show organisers?
Exhibitors only. It is built for the company paying for the stand, used by the people working it. Organisers never see your data.
What size of team is it built for?
Two to twelve people on a stand, typically a company doing three to eight shows a year. Larger teams and more than twelve reps per show are covered by Enterprise plans.
Why per show rather than a monthly subscription?
Because you exhibit a handful of times a year and should not pay in the months between. One key covers one show for the whole team, with unlimited meetings on paid plans. The next show is a new key, or none, if you skip it.
Do my reps need to install anything?
No. MeetZaa runs in the phone’s browser and can be added to the home screen. Reps join from an invite link; there are no app-store downloads and no devices to hand back.
Can we put our own brand on it?
Yes, from Starter upwards. Follow-up drafts and anything the buyer sees carry your name and logo. White-label is available on Enterprise.
Which shows does it work at?
Any show. MeetZaa does not depend on the organiser or their badge system, so it works the same at GITEX, Gulfood, a regional trade fair or a single-day conference.
Take it to one show. Then decide.
Your first 20 meetings are free with every feature on. If you would rather see it first, book a demo and we will walk through it before your next show.
