What you are agreeing to

These terms govern your use of meetzaa.com and the MeetZaa app, operated by MeetZaa Pvt Ltd, Pune, India.

How MeetZaa is sold

MeetZaa is sold as per-event keys, not as a subscription. A key unlocks one event for your team. Pricing is published at meetzaa.com/pricing. Keys do not expire. There is no automatic renewal and no recurring billing.

The free plan

Your first event is free: 2 reps, 20 meetings across your account, every Business feature switched on, no time limit, no payment details required.

Refunds

An unused key (one that has not been applied to an event) can be refunded within 30 days of purchase by emailing start@meetzaa.com.

Your data

Data you enter belongs to your organisation. You can export it at any time. If you stop using MeetZaa, your data remains accessible. Full terms of data handling are in our privacy policy.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of information your team enters and for complying with data protection laws in your jurisdiction when collecting contact information at shows.

What we provide

MeetZaa is provided as a hosted service. We target high availability and prioritise support during live show days. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change as the product develops.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MeetZaa Pvt Ltd’s total liability for any claim arising from your use of MeetZaa is limited to the amount you paid for the key giving rise to the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email to account owners. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
