Privacy policy

Meetzaa stores the meeting, contact and media data your team enters so that your organization can run its trade-show operations. Data belongs to your organization and is never shared with other customers or sold.

Voice recordings, business-card images and photos are stored in private storage accessible only to members of your organization. Transcription and AI features send the relevant text or image to our AI provider solely to produce the requested output; it is not used to train models.

You can request a full export or deletion of your organization’s data at any time by emailing start@meetzaa.com. Deletion is completed within 30 days.

This is a starting policy for the beta period and will be expanded before general availability.
